Khanfession #3: Forget Versace, I love versatility. Having just one versatile piece in your wardrobe can add a year's worth of outfits to your lookbook. Items like a classic jumpsuit can be dressed down or made luxurious depending on how you accessorize them. Versatility is one of my favorite parts of fashion because not only can you switch between formal and casual, but you can also concoct a multitude of characters and styles that change the way people see you. Here, I wore this jumpsuit in a casual outfit with playful spring colors. All of the inspiration from the release of the Lilly Pulitzer for Target collection this week left me yearning for a tropical taste of yellow, a color I very rarely wear. I searched the four closets of our house and found this pale yellow sweater that paired perfectly with this frayed, floral scarf. ![]() To top off my outfit I wore a bright blue square scarf as an asymmetrical turban. The loud color of this scarf quickly adds some spunk to an otherwise timid outfit. I accessorized the turban with a piece of black lace peeking in between the layers. The jewelry was a simple black beaded bracelet and a scarlet stone ring. ![]() Details: Black jumpsuit: Old Navy Yellow sweater: Windsor Photography by Thulashi Raveendran and Insha Khan
